Self-extinguishing Handles
In response to customer demand, Boteco has added a new range of self-extinguishing handles to their product catalogue. The handles in question, already presented in the catalogue, are B224 AE- B226-B236, produced however with specific self-extinguishing material. Boteco has chosen the best possible self-extinguishing material in order to meet the requirements of the worldwide market. Consequently, our handles have UL-94 flame rating VO, with approved yellow card for the North American market. Moreover, this material does not drip during combustion, in compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 304 (FMVSS).
Two solutions have been adopted to identify the self-extinguishing products listed in our catalogue. The first is the addition of the letters AE after the normal code number; the second is the addition of a special logo that clearly indicates the standard and flame rating. The self-extinguishing certificates comprising the UL approval code are available for control by authorised bodies.

New Series Euromodel® Bridge Handles B324-B326
Ergonomy and innovative design are the main features of this new series of Euromodel® handles. We could define it as a multipurpose handle as its solid profile makes it suitable for the particular needs of the food and pharmaceutical industries, yet its lightweight design makes it a real competitor for its counterparts. The coloured caps make the handle ideal even simply for aesthetic purposes. A handle that perfectly combines elegance and mechanical performance.
The handle is currently available in the B324 version with through hole, and the B326 version with threaded brass insert will presently be available. The standard centre distances remain unaltered consequently 94-117-120-132 mm are perfectly interchangeable with all the other models. Models with 150 mm and 179 mm centre distances will shortly be available as well.
The standard cap colour is classic grey, or alternatively the handle can be ordered with any of the colours available in the Euromodel® range.
At the moment only the version with through hole is available, but the version with threaded brass insert will begin production in just a few months.

Revolving Handles with Stainless Steel Insert M245 Euromodel®
To meet growing demands from specific sectors, such as for example food industry machinery and medical applications, Boteco has created a new Stainless Steel version to add to the family of revolving handles with hexagon socket end and ring nut.
More precisely, the M245 Euromodel®. The dimensions and technical characteristics remain unaltered. The innovation only concerns the revolving mechanism produced in AISI 303 stainless steel. The revolving mechanism's internal ring nut is still made from brass, because as it does not come into contact with external air no oxidation problems arise.
