Material Composition
Thermoplastic
•Polyamide (PA6Nylon) with 30% impact strength glass filled fibers.
•Virgin material - To maintain product quality and strength, only virgin
material is used in production.
•Temperature Range
-o Maximum "long term" temperature
exposure (>15minutes): 120ºC or 248ºF
-o Maximum "short term" temperature
exposure (5-10 minutes): 150ºC or 302ºF
-o Minimum temperature exposure: -10ºC
or 14ºF
•Resistant to solvent, oil and grease.
•Test results of material's reaction and resistance to various chemicals
and conditions available upon request. Inserts
All male threads and female inserts are manufactured internally by Boteco
•Available in brass, steel and stainless steel.
•Available in metric or imperial thread. Production
Boteco does not post mold, each insert is individually placed onto the
cavity of the tool before production. This is done to ensure product strength
and durability during use.

-Release quantities for delivery (Weekly-Monthly-One Delivery)
-Color chip, Pantone number, Sample Colors Available: Black, White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue and Green Standard

(Note: Our color items will never be exactly to the color chip, pantone
number, or your sample , this is due to the composition of the material
used in production (thermoplastic with 30% glass fibers). A Boteco part
is made up of 70% thermoplastic and 30% reinforced glass fibers. The material
portion , 70% thermoplastic, will be 100% to the color chip, pantone number,
or sample. But, the 30% of glass reacts with the color, thus slightly changing
the color tone)
Specials
Thermoplastic Products made of a different plastic composition, such as duroplast, polypropylene,
polycarbonate, are also available. Minimum quantities do apply. Please
